Refund Policy


Return/Exchange Procedure

1. Check the return period
Exchanges and refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Prepare for return/exchange
Please prepare your order number, email address, and product photo.

3. Request for return/exchange
Request a return/exchange through one of the three application channels below.

Return/exchange cost information
• Seller's fault (defective product, incorrect delivery, etc.): No customer burden (free return/exchange)
• Consumer's fault (simple change of mind):
1. Room temperature products: 30% of the product price restocking fee + shipping fee.
2. Refrigerated/frozen products: No returns

Cases where returns/exchanges are not possible
1. If 7 days have passed since receiving the product
2. If the components are lost or damaged/broken/contaminated due to careless handling
3. If the product packaging is damaged or the product tag is removed so that resale is not possible
4. Frozen/refrigerated products and opinion products that are not defective

If you request an exchange or refund on a bulletin board for other purposes such as a review board, or if the color and image may differ from the actual product due to differences in monitor resolution, returns/exchanges may be restricted.

Package theft
In the event of theft, we will refund up to $100 in points for the first incident. However, you are fully responsible for the products delivered to the delivery location for subsequent thefts to the same address or account. Fence does not provide refunds for subsequent thefts.
